A Re Yeng operates from a state-of-the-art Interim Control Centre (ICC) to enhance security and provide real-time information to passengers. Special needs passengers, including children, the elderly and people with disabilities, are able to embark and disembark all A Re Yeng buses with ease.

Tshwane Rapid Transit (Pty) Ltd (TRT) is a legal corporate entity established in terms of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008, as amended, responsible for the bus operations services within the City of Tshwane and the surrounding areas. The ownership of the company vests with the Affected Operators from routes serviced by the private buses and taxis, through shareholding equivalent to their market share. The shareholding of which is currently held by the Bus Operating Company Trust (the Trust) as an interim measure, for the ultimate benefit of the Affected Operators.
